Saint-Jean · Tuesday & Sunday
Nikki Beach
The week opens here, with a private gala on Tuesday night, and closes here too: on Sunday, the festive brunch with all the visiting producers, feet in the sand, for the Presidents' Day weekend.
9 — 15 February 2027 · Saint-Barthélemy
Seven days with the great names of Burgundy, with C3LLAR
Each February, when the Côte d'Or is at its coldest, C3LLAR brings its winemakers to the warmest table we know. For one week, Saint-Barthélemy becomes the stage for a rare gathering: the domaines of Burgundy pouring their own wines on the sand, between a private tasting at Cheval Blanc and a grand gala at Eden Rock.
The line-up reads like a cellar you cannot buy. Domaine Fourrier and Domaine Antoine Jobard at the Grand Crus Dinner. Domaine Vincent Dancer and Domaine Pierre-Vincent Girardin at the winemakers' lunch. And two guests of honour from beyond Burgundy, Château Lafleur and Champagne Salon, for the Prestige Dinner.
Around the table, the island: a private opening gala at Nikki Beach, sunset drinks at Pointe Milou, a padel tournament, a catamaran morning along the coves, a charity night of blackjack and rare vintages, and a closing grand gala at the iconic Eden Rock with every visiting winemaker at the table.
Seven days. Seven houses. Fourteen guests.
Four addresses, each opened for us alone.

Day 7 · Monday
15February
Check-out and departure. Private transfers to the airport, and for those flying with us, the Gulfstream back to Miami from San Juan.
Four domaines of the Côte d'Or, from Gevrey-Chambertin to Meursault and Chassagne-Montrachet, with their winemakers in person: at the tasting, at lunch, and at the Grand Crus Dinner.
I · Côte d'Or
Domaine Fourrier is the Gevrey-Chambertin estate of Jean-Marie Fourrier: old vines, a light hand in the cellar, and a Griotte-Chambertin among the most sought-after bottles in Burgundy. Domaine Antoine Jobard, in Meursault, is the quiet reference of the village, with whites built on long, slow élevages and a Genevrières of rare depth.
Domaine Vincent Dancer, in Chassagne-Montrachet, works a handful of hectares organically, with a Chevalier-Montrachet at the top of a range of precise, mineral whites. Domaine Pierre-Vincent Girardin, in Meursault, is one of the young names the Côte de Beaune is talking about, with whites of energy and tension.
All four pour at the walk-around tasting at Cheval Blanc on Wednesday. On Thursday, Dancer and Girardin host the Winemakers' Lunch, and Fourrier and Jobard close the day at the Grand Crus Dinner.

Two legends from beyond Burgundy join the week: Château Lafleur, the Pomerol of the Guinaudeau family, and Champagne Salon, one grape, one village, one vintage. With Delamotte, its sister house, for a lunch feet in the sand.
II · Pomerol & Le Mesnil-sur-Oger
Château Lafleur is barely four and a half hectares on the Pomerol plateau, farmed by the Guinaudeau family with the care of a garden. Its wine, half Bouchet, half Merlot, is one of the rarest and most sought-after of the Right Bank, and one of the very few that can stand beside its famous neighbour.
Champagne Salon makes a single wine: a blanc de blancs from Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, from a single vintage, released only in the years judged worthy, some forty times since 1905. Delamotte, its sister house next door, carries the same Mesnil signature in a more generous, earlier-drinking style.
On Wednesday night, the Prestige Dinner pairs Château Lafleur with Champagne Salon across several vintages. On Friday, after the padel tournament, Salon and Delamotte pour at lunch, feet in the sand.
